For over a decade, PSM has been in the business of recycling steel, aluminum, computer scrap, cables and many more obtained from the general public and businesses such as auto wrecking yards, manufacturing to name a few. Within that span, it has also established strong business relations with clients from over 20 countries ranging from China, Japan, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Mexico.
With 3 of its facilities spanning more than 120,000 square feet in Los Angeles, PSM is one of the largest recycling company in the region.
The company also has the capacity to ship over 10-12 million pounds of scrap metals through its 200 plus shipping containers on a monthly basis. Its expertise lies not only in procuring commodities from wholesale and retail clients and processing them, but also in providing sturdy recycling equipment and hardware

At Progressive Scrap Metals, we use Thermo Scientific Niton XL2 Series x-ray fluorescence (XRF) for speed, accuracy, and reliability count. It is critical to our success so we can quickly and easily verifying the composition and grade of metal alloy materials.
